HealthFramework exists to make clinical data more semantically explicit, deterministic, and comparable before people, AI systems, and clinical software reason over it.
HealthFramework was founded by Daniela Jelatancev, a software engineer with experience in application development, monitoring systems, and data acquisition where precision and completeness are first-class requirements.

- Its direction is informed by work across interoperability programs and by direct collaboration with upstream data holders such as EHRs and aggregators.

How we work
We start with the data as the focal point, work closely with upstream data holders such as EHRs, and build complementary APIs that make clinical information more explicit and usable. For upstream systems, that supports semantic interoperability. For downstream partners, it creates reusable inputs that strengthen AI reasoning layers and related computational workflows.
